Our Services
- Short-Term Temporary Staffing – Our screened, evaluated, and interviewed candidates are available to cover your vacations, leaves of absence, and other unexpected staffing shortages.
- Temporary-To-Hire – Allows you to observe and evaluate a potential candidate, while on our payroll, before making a decision to hire. A minimum of 480 SCS payrolled hours in your office, or a buyout formula prior to 480 hours, is required.
- Direct Hire – SCS will appropriate our experienced professional candidates for you to interview and hire without the Temp-to-Hire payrolling process.
- Payroll Transfer Plan (PTP) – Is a unique opportunity for you to place a potential candidate, who you have identified and recruited, on our payroll for a trial time period that you specify. You are in control of determining whether they are the appropriate employee to hire for your office.
- Outplacement – SCS can provide on-site assistance and support with employment opportunities for those displaced personnel in times of downsizing, layoffs, and buyouts.
- Your Hiring Partner – We assume the responsibility, as an extension of your Human Resource Department, of advertising, recruiting, accepting new applications, interviewing, testing, screening, payrolling, invoicing, Worker’s Compensation, FUI, SUI, and FICA.
